Breaking: New York Court of Appeals Says ‘No’

    “Intuition and experience suggest that a child benefits from having before his or her eyes, every day, living models of what both a man and a woman are like,” the court said.

    what?! They _rationally_ came to their conclusion…and yet “intuition and experience” suggest…

    This is nothing other than straight-up homophobia. Unfortunately, the U.S. Supreme Court seems stacked to favor their decision, should it even go that far.
